Ashtanga Yoga Mindfullness
Ashtanga Yoga is the kind of yoga I fell in love with over 10 years ago in Montreal. I began practicing everyday and noticed my demeanour to be calmer and more in tune to my body as a whole.
Ashtanga Yoga s a system of yoga transmitted to the modern world by Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. This method of yoga involves synchronizing the breath with a progressive series of postures—a process producing intense internal heat and a profuse, purifying sweat that detoxifies muscles and organs. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind. More Info and Poses can be found: http://www.ashtanga.com |
T o be Mindful is to live in the present moment. It is the intentional focus of bringing focus and attention to the mind, body and soul.
